I've spent nearly 8 years inside companies, watching what happens when HR is done well, and what happens when it isn't.

I started my career managing core business operations, then moved into HR and finance roles at growing companies in Delhi-NCR. Over time I built HR functions from scratch, managed payroll for hundreds of employees, designed performance systems, handled compliance audits, and sat in rooms where people decisions were made at the highest level.

The pattern is almost always the same: when HR is treated as an afterthought, people leave, things break, and founders scramble.

That's why I started TrellisHR. Not because the market needed another HR consultant, but because early-stage founders need something specific: someone who understands the pressure of building a business, who can come in without a 40-page proposal, and who can actually get things done.

Outside of client work, I teach the HRBP Mastery Program, a 12-module course I built because the HR education I needed when I was coming up didn't exist.
